Common Datalogic repair issues
Scanner not reading barcodes
The most common complaint. In most cases the scan engine — the laser or imager module — is damaged or worn. Software configuration errors and firmware issues can also cause this and are typically resolved without parts replacement. We diagnose first, quote before any repair begins.
Scanner won't power on
